Once the item has left our facility and it is shipped we are no longer held responsible. We ship priority mail so it can get to you the soonest possible, but it is up to the mail service to deliver it in a timely manor. If your package is late or for some reason not arrived we do have a link to provide you to contact the postal service to let them know. If you are Local, near Edmond, Oklahoma just let us know and you can pick it up from us or we can deliver it!
